Week 1: Initial Platform Setup
Week 1: Foundation and Structure
Objective: Establish the core technical infrastructure, security protocols, and the initial user-facing features of Aionix to ensure a solid foundation for future development.
Key Milestones:
Platform Core Setup:
Architecture Design: Finalize the underlying architecture, including decentralized ledger systems, multi-chain wallet integration, and the integration of blockchain networks.
Backend Infrastructure: Set up cloud-based infrastructure and decentralized storage solutions to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
Smart Contracts: Develop and deploy the initial set of smart contracts for token management, staking, and governance.
Security Infrastructure:
End-to-End Encryption: Implement encryption protocols for all transactions, ensuring user data and assets are securely transmitted across the network.
Private Key Management: Set up decentralized private key storage solutions, ensuring that users maintain full control over their assets without relying on centralized servers.
Security Audits: Initiate the first round of internal security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the platform meets industry standards for safe operation.
Initial User Interface (UI) and Experience (UX):
User Dashboard: Develop the first version of the user dashboard, enabling users to interact with their multi-chain wallet, track assets, and view transaction history.
Cross-Chain Functionality: Implement basic cross-chain wallet features, allowing users to view and manage assets across supported blockchains.
UI/UX Testing: Conduct initial UI/UX testing with a small group to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience.
Internal Testing:
Basic Functional Testing: Run internal tests to ensure that core features like wallet integration, transaction processing, and asset management are functioning as expected.
Security Penetration Testing: Begin early-stage penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in the platform.
Team Onboarding & Setup:
Development and Security Teams: Onboard key technical teams for development, security, and testing.
Project Management Tools: Set up project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) for task tracking, milestones, and communication across teams.
